Boston, MA, October 10, 2024 -- This week, Startup Health, a leading global health innovation platform, announced that NeuDreamer has officially joined its Alzheimer’s Moonshot community. This marks a major milestone for NeuDreamer in its mission to prevent and treat Alzheimer’s disease.
NeuDreamer is an innovative company focused on improving brain health and treating neurological diseases through its rhythmic Deep-brain Magnetic Stimulation (rDMS) technology. With just 20 minutes of use, NeuDreamer’s device activates specific neural activity, providing long-term and autonomous sleep improvement—critical in preventing and managing Alzheimer’s disease. The technology is protected by several global patents, which will remain valid for the next 20 years.
On Thursday, October 10th, Startup Health hosted a welcome event for the Alzheimer’s Moonshot community, introducing four newly selected companies, including NeuDreamer. NeuDreamer is now part of the Therapeutic & Care Delivery category, one of eight companies in this group, and is one of 28 companies globally to be selected for the community.
Silvia Zheng, COO and Co-founder of NeuDreamer, expressed her excitement: “Joining Startup Health’s Alzheimer’s Moonshot community is a great honor for us. It will empower us to collaborate with top global innovators and tackle the global challenge of Alzheimer’s disease more effectively.”
The Alzheimer’s Moonshot is a global collaboration launched by Startup Health, partnering with Gates Ventures and the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation (ADDF). Its goal is to build a collaborative innovation network that brings together leading companies, research teams, and stakeholders to accelerate efforts in Alzheimer’s awareness, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and care.
With NeuDreamer’s participation, the Alzheimer’s Moonshot community continues to expand, welcoming more innovative companies and research institutions committed to combating Alzheimer’s disease.
